I was scared to try it but I am so happy I made it, it is so delicious that you can eat it with noodles, sandwiches, beef, etc. Can't wait to order more!
Great ingredients and lots of flavour. Really its a go to for snacking or adding to a meal.
I was looking for a more authentic kimchi taste. There wasn’t much taste other than a really sour taste. Not sure if I received a bad batch or not.
Thanks Michael for your feedback. We're sorry the kimchi didn't meet your expectation. The kimchi acidity level has to be least pH 4.6 for food safety reason. If you prefer milder flavour we suggest a type of kimchi called geotjeori which can be found in most Korean restaurants. Best
Hands down this is this is the best kimchi I’ve ever had! Compared to other kimchi this one tastes more fresh. I love it.
