I ordered expecting a more kimchi taste, but this came really sour and not as an authentic taste. I did not taste much spice but it was just super sour.
Thanks Michael for your feedback. We're sorry the kimchi didn't meet your expectation. The kimchi acidity level has to be least pH 4.6 for food safety reason. If you prefer milder flavour we suggest a type of kimchi called geotjeori which can be found in many Korean restaurants. Best
This kimchi is sooo good! All of them are great, but the spicy is the best!
